  I ordered food for delivery using Menulog and i have to say most of it was inedible. I ordered a of piece fish, half a chicken, a pineapple fritter an some other deep fried things and it was all overcooked an burnt. The oil it was cooked in had to be weeks old, totally disgusting. Also the baked potatoes they want to charge $1 each for were actually black all over, honestly how hard is it to cook baked potatoes. To make it even worse the delivery driver didn't have enough change and forgot the drink as well. An when i rang up to complain the lady that was the only person working there besides her husband which delivered the food(?) couldn't speak any English whatsoever and couldn't help me over the phone. If it wasn't for the fact that the delivery driver that spoke limited English had to come back and give me the rest of my change i don't think i would have got my $36 back i reckon. This would have to rate as the most worst experience i have every had when ordering takeaway food. It was that bad i wasn't even game to try eat any of it. If i could give minus 5 stars as a score i certainly would score it that.

  Good value for money, decent chips, and great range. Not sure how much longer it will be around.

  Utterly guttered. USED TO BE 5 STAR. I have grown up local since the 1990 and held Barney's as the best fish shop in either Victoria where i now live or here in South Australia. I used to be a massive fan of the butterfish that was coated in a delicious golden crunchy batter and was so tasty. Also the hotdogs were 1st rate. And everything else was still good. I had friends from interstate absolutely agree. When I found out that it was changing ownership i ordered from there each night for the week i was here.NOT NOW. I STATE I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN HERE. 1 STAR FOR THE VERY NICE WORKERS BUT LOST 4 STARS FOR THE TERRIBLE FOOD ACROSS THE MENU. I HAVE ORDERED 4 TIMES NOW DIFFERENT FOOD AND ALL NOT EATABLE. .....

  Server's accent means you can't understand what he's saying. We paid for a hotdog then he charged us extra after the fact for putting cheese on. Food was mediocre.
